About HB Cafe
At HB Cafe, we believe great food brings people together. Our cafe was built around comfort food, friendly service, and creating a welcoming place where everyone feels like family.
We proudly serve homemade breakfast and lunch favorites made fresh daily, along with rotating specials and seasonal menu items our customers love. From early morning coffee to weekend brunch cocktails, HB Cafe is the perfect spot to gather with friends and family.
Now featuring a full bar with mimosas, Bloody Marys, and more, HB Cafe offers the perfect blend of cozy hometown charm and modern brunch atmosphere.
History
Established in 2009…
Scoop DeVille, an old style ice cream and candy shop, opened in December 2009. We added the bakery in December 2015 and now offer cakes, mini pies, brownies, and more, all made right here.
Specialties
1950’s inspired old fashioned ice cream shop and soda fountain. Featuring home made ice cream, sundaes, ice cream sodas, hand mixed sodas, shakes, malts, cinnamon roasted almonds, pecans and cashews, nostalgic candies and hand crafted chocolate confections.

Monday – Saturday: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
Sunday: 6:00 am – 1:00 pm
Friday Fish Fry: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
